Join Beatrice for this foundational series! Beatrice will focus on the foundational postures of yoga, your alignment, as well as basic flows you will encounter in most yoga classes.

Practice relaxation to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind.
Throughout this workshop, you will be guided through a series of easy, supported poses that are held for extended periods of time to tip the scales into maximum relaxation. We'll close with a guided meditation, and you'll leave feeling nourished, well-rested, and refreshed.
