Meet Michelle! Michelle has been a part of UNWIND since we opened in 2018. Michelle is a native New Jerseyan whose love for yoga has continued over the past ten years. You can find Michelle teaching both childrens and adult yoga classes. She is also certified in corporate yoga and prenatal yoga. She first discovered yoga in college and was instantly intrigued by the calm and release it induced in mind, body, and spirit.
Movement has always been an integral part of Michelle’s life. In addition to yoga, she enjoys running, hiking, and barre. Michelle believes that each person’s practice is as unique and sacred as their individual testimonies and that it brings us into a closer relationship with the authentic self. She hopes to inspire people of all ages to become facilitators in their own healing through intentional movement and breath.
You can find Michelle in the studio on Mondays from 7:15 to 8:15 AM for her Energy & Intention Vinyasa flow class. This class provides a grounding in the foundations of yoga and works into a flow that develops balance, strength, and flexibility, with an emphasis on alignment and the breath.
