Looking to take it down a notch today? Get your body moving with some gentle chair yoga, consisting of light stretches both seated and standing and ending with a short guided meditation. This class is great for all levels.
PROPS: include a chair and a strap. Modifications will be provided throughout and of course, DIY at home props can be used in place of straps!
