Kim is a mind body-body coach specializing in mobility and breathing techniques. She began practicing yoga while training for her first marathon and doing CrossFit. Yoga was the perfect balance for maintaining her physical health and improving her mental game. She is a certified Yoga Coach through Gwen Lawrence’s Power Yoga for Sports, sports-specific training, has a 500-hour certification from the American Yoga Academy, and is certified by Functional Movement Systems (FRC) as a mobility specialist. Kim is a yoga coach at Seton Hall University for sports teams, including women’s golf, women’s/men’s swim/dive, women’s/men’s soccer, and softball, teaching physical yoga, meditation and health and wellness to student athletes. She also serves as a professional resource for Seton Hall Athletics Women’s Leadership Program.
