Kathy has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She encourages her students to find their own personal edge by offering posture choices and variations for all levels of experience. She is certified through 200-hour yoga teacher training, is trauma-informed, certified in Chair Yoga, and has completed level 1 and 2 for Sound Healing. She was drawn to yoga as a way to practice body positivity and acceptance of ourselves and others, and to find inner calm in our busy world. She has a Hatha/Vinyasa teaching style that she adapts to all experience levels. All are welcome. Kathy brings a unique element to her yoga and meditation classes by sharing her singing bowls during savasana to deepen relaxation and healing. She hopes everyone can celebrate themselves with each inhale that nourishes and empower themselves with each exhale that releases us.
