Our mission is to create a yoga and wellness center that is light in spirit and approachable for all ages and levels. We live in the community and want to share the benefits of yoga with others. We practice yoga, meditation, reiki, and other events in an easy and relaxed environment. We want to help you UNWIND.

At UNWIND Yoga, we've made it part of our mission to address this growing concern and provide avenues for both children and adults to help manage and release the growing anxieties of today's fast-paced world.

Sound Bath Saturday
February 29, 12:00–1:00 PM
Surrender to the sounds of Kathy's Tibetan singing bowls.
This stress-free class will include breath work, drum beats, sound healing, and an optional singing bowl massage with Kathy. This will be a personal sound vibration experience as she places the singing bowls on your body to release tension throughout your body. The option to have a personal listening experience without the bowls placed on your body will be offered.
Sound Bath Saturday will take place once a month.
Shine Om for Girls
March 6-April 10
Our Shine Om series is created specifically for tween girls ages 9-12. Classes focus on inspiring them to find their inner self-worth through mindfulness, arts and crafts, journaling, and sharing.
This series will also help our girls learn self-compassion techniques and strategies designed to help identify and regulate emotions that result from interactions in our daily lives.
