Unwind Yoga & Wellness Center, located in downtown New Providence, was founded in 2018. Our mission is to create a yoga and wellness center that is light in spirit and approachable for all ages and levels. We live in the community and want to share the benefits of yoga and other wellness modalities with others. We offer a variety of experiences, including Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Pilates, QiGong, NIA Mind Body Fitness, and more in an easy and relaxed environment.

NEW CLASS!
Vinyasa Flow into Sound Meditation
Mondays, 7:00 - 7:45 PM
Join Kathy for this unique and relaxing hybrid class that begins with a gentle yoga flow (~30 min) that leads right into a sound meditation featuring the Rav drum and Himalayan singing bowls.

YOGA CLASSES
Our yoga classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated and should be conditioned together. All of the yoga classes at Unwind Yoga work to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. We offer Gentle, Vinyasa, Yin, Power, and Restorative classes and workshops.
MEDITATION
Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, meditation helps improve numerous aspects of your life, including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.
YOGA FOR KIDS
At UNWIND Yoga & Wellness, we believe that you're never too young to start a yoga or meditation practice. Yoga has been proven to reduce stress, increase confidence, and prepare our little ones for a successful life. Check out our yoga series and meditation classes for kids from 6 months old all the way up through the teen years.
MAT PILATES
Build strength, endurance, and flexibility with our Pilates classes for all levels. Pilates strengthens your core, balances muscle groups, and helps increase agility.
NIA MIND BODY FITNESS
NIA is a sensation-based cardio fitness practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit. You are guided to move barefoot in moves that invite you to express yourself through martial arts, dance, and healing arts.
WELLNESS WORKSHOPS
From crystal workshops to reiki sessions, UNWIND Yoga & Wellness offers a large variety of different wellness classes. We firmly believe that wellness starts in the mind, so check out our pet reiki sessions, foot love, inversion workshops, candlelight restorative and meditation, and other workshops today. Workshops are continually being added, so keep an eye out for what's new!
PRENATAL YOGA
Prenatal Yoga thoughtfully guides you through yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. These tools calm the mind and body and prepare you for labor and life with a little one.
GIVING BACK
UNWIND Yoga & Wellness firmly believes that giving back is just as important as joining in. That's why we hold Karma Classes, Community Classes, and host special events to raise money and awareness for everything from childhood cancer to care for our service men/women and veterans.
